I didnt understand this question on my english homework, anyone can explain?

find a magazine or newspaper argumentative article. read it well,
highlighting the two sides of the argument and the refutation part.
then use the gudielines for evaluating an argument to evlauate the
article

I think it means that you need to read an opinion article, one of those that argues for or against something. Then you write sort of a review saying how good the argument is, whether it represented the other side fairly, all that stuff.

Your teacher is telling you to find an article where two or more people are arguing over an issue or something like that, and to highlight each persons different opinion with an article, then with a set of guidelines she must've given in class, evaluate how well the people made their point. Is that easier to understand?

CNN maybe? It's not a bother at all. You could look up an article on issues from one if the presidential debates. Goodluck!! And it's no bother at all :)
