Can anyone take action after doing court marriage i mean parents

Report as

You have a marriage license which you swore to that all information was correct so, no. If you were not of legal age, the clerk would not have allowed you to complete you marriage license and get married.

As long as the two people involved are legally adults and are not mentally incapacitated in some way, then there's not anything one's parents can do to nullify the wedding (or to force the couple to divorce).

Parents cannot take any legal action against a court house marriage is not in any way against the law, and if both parties are 18 years and above. However, minors must have consent of a parent or legal guardian in most states for the marriage to take place.
