It is not healthy to drink water all day and eat nothing. This is because your body requires all the nutrients that it gains from the various types of foods including carbohydrate, vitamins and proteins. However, you can drink plenty of water and eat a healthy diet for you to be whole.

Connor told me. He was upset and needed my advice. Honestly, I don't see a reason why you guys can't be friends. Telling him to forget about you is like you telling Lea or I to forget about you. It is not healthy. You need to eat. Because your body was made to eat and If you go without eating more often than that could lead to serious health issues or even death.

NO!!! Too much anything can be bad for your body, and you need food too! Water is important, but it won't keep you healthy. You need to have proteins and vitamins and fiber. It is not good to substitute a liquid for food, since 1. Your body isn't used to it 2. It isn't good for you! Your liquids are an important part of your day, but without foods, you body might stop growing the correct way. Don't do it!

No, I tried to do that and I lost a little bit of weight but your body will go into starvation mode and once you start eating again you will gain it all back and some more extra pounds on top of that so please don't do it you can drink a lot of water with every meal and that way you can lose belly fat. That's how I got a flat stomach.

Noo don't do that :/ that is not healthy at all. That could cause some bad things to happen.

Everyone needs to eat. If you just drink water a lot you will get sick.

No! Water has nothing in it. You need calories and protein and even fat! Your body can't run off of nothing. It'd be like filling your cars gas tank up with air and expecting it go. Calories provide you with energy. Water just helps move everything through your system but you wouldn't even have anything to move. You need food. Energy. Trust me.

It is good to keep you hydrated but you would also need something to fill up on that empty stomach it is never good to not eat for a day. You know what they say breakfast is the most important meal of the day !
