NOOOO. Waste of money! I did Insanity last summer, worked as hard as I possibly could in the workouts (even in tears sometimes from soreness/exhaustion/pain), and followed the diet to the t. I GAINED WEIGHT AND FAT. You're much better off joining a gym and doing 5 days weight training/1 day cardio a week. I started that in September and have seen a billion times better results.
