Well......they aren't really "dating" because they can't drive or go anywhere or do anything together etc. So, what is happening is that they "like" each other which is perfectly fine. Everyone likes someone, or has a crush on someone. It's natural, and normal.
When i was in 5th grade people got "asked out" but no dating unless the school cafeteria counts, so i would say not if the two people aren't mature enough to handle a relationship, or if their parents don't want them to.
Agreed with AirLovesZombies, theres nothing wrong with it, age doesnt matter, what matters is how you treat them and how you guys love eachother. Love is very sparkle and unpredicatble. Can't change that.
Are you serious? That is really wierd. What kind of world is this? Unless the two are physically GOING on dates, they aren't dating. It is NOT wise, they are NOT old enough and as cute as it may be to some people, that is just really disturbing in my mind.
