I agree with the previous poster. Best to go to your doctor. Don't be ashamed. If it IS diabetes, watching what you eat and exercise is amazing. Some people that's all they need to do and their diabetes is under control. This might not even be diabetes, might just be a phase, go get checked out and ease your mind.
The signs you have mentioned are characteristic of diabetes symptoms but you can never know for sure. The best thing to do would be to consult with a doctor for an appropriate diagnosis and possible treatment if need be.
