Help! I have no upper body strength! What do I do?
I am a 13 year old girl and I am starting rowing soon except I have really weak arms but really strong legs. I can only do one "girly" pushup and 0 "real" pushups. I can only lift 3 pound weights(dangle and lift up from side and hold). I am worried that I am too weak for this sport. How can I get stronger?
