If you really want to lose weight start jogging. It really works. I started about 2 weeks ago and I have almost lost 10lbs. After you jog don't eat for about and hour and drink lots of water. You can feel it going away:)

probably not, but it would definitely help you get rid of the toxins in your body by sweating so much and drinking in healthy substances.
