Is there something that can help chronic knee dislocation?

I have lupus and have had seven surgeries total on both my knees. I have had total knee replacements on both. My latest issue is my kneecap started slipping early this year and had surgery to repair this along with ligament and tendon repair. Now my problem is 10 weeks out my kneecap is slipping again. Can anyone help me?

If you are suffering from chronic knee dislocation, visit a hospital and arrange for reconstruction of the damaged ligaments. Also, ensure that you adhere to the prescribed physical therapy in order to avoid future complications.

Thank you for your answer but I have already had reconstruction done and my doctor doesn't seem to know how to handle the second dislocation. My lupus is making my joints and ligaments loose and very weak. Don't know what my next step is.....

You may just need a brace to hold it in place.

Thank you for your answer. I am currently trying the knee brace specifically for knee cap dislocation and it doesn't seem to be helping.
