I am a 16 year old male and I'm doing a 10k run next week. Will I be able to complete the run without any previous workouts?

I weight 136 pounds and I worked out until last month but I completely stopped because I was sick. Will I still be able to complete the race?

Yah you will be able to complete it, but you may not be able to run the whole thing. That's okay though.

yes you will! it is all in youre head, I was in the military and after a leg injury wich kept me from performing physical activity for 2 months I went on a 100k navigation with 50 percent body weight bags on my back, you just have to believe in youre self but remember dont push it if you feel any pain that you think can harm you stop because its just not worth it there will be many more races to run good luck!

A 10 k is 6.2 miles so you def need to prepare cuz it would be impossible to do otherwise. I would run everyday til then increasing your mileage to meet your goal
