How long will it take to get a slimmer, more toned body with healthy dieting, exercise and working out?
I've been working to get in shape so I can have a nice body for the summer, and for my semi(which is coming up in a couple of months.) I'ts not that I'm fat at all, I have a small waistline and a pretty flat stomach...it's really just my legs, specifically thighs. They're not bulky or huge, not a bit, but they are sort of muscular and I guess you could say they're a little bigger than a lot of other petite girls, because I'm really athletic. So I've just been working hard to burn calories and fat, get an even flatter stomach, and make my legs slimmer and toned but not bulky. I run a mile every day with my sister, and then do pilates for my legs and other really good stretches that burn fat quickly. Then, I do a cardio workout that's about half an hour. I've been on a healthy diet as well. I get all the necessary servings of veggies, fruits, grains, protein and dairy each day. I only drink water, milk, and 100% juices with my meals. I don't consume any junk food anymore and I've lowered my sodium intake too. I've been doing this for a week now. This will work, right? And how long will it take before I see results?
