It's not realistic to think belly fat or any fat will be lost fast . It took time to get there so it will take time to lose it . Just have her do different types of sit ups , run , maintain a healthy diet , and watch her calorie intake . You have to burn more than you take in if she wants to see any results . However she will need to take in the daily amount which is about 2500 to have the energy to exercise .
Belly fat is very hard to lose, even more so for a teen. Just make sure she maintains a healthy diet, if she's in a sport that would help greatly. Don't make her do tons of sit ups and crunches everyday, that just builds up muscle underneath the fat and makes her stomach seem bigger. So just feed her healthy things and don't worry too much, girls tend to gain some weight when they become teens. :)
your 13 :) dont be affraid to ask this question haha you could go for runs do push ups and cruntches and traid in a candy bar for orange or apple :) drink alot of water too! lol im saying this as im eating a candy bar :P
