How long will it take to get slimmer legs?
I've been working to get slimmer legs and be in shape for the summer and semi formal(which is coming up soon.) I'm not fat at all but I do want my legs, specifically thighs, to be slimmer and more toned. I run a mile with my sister everyday, do pilates for my legs and other good stretches that burn fat/calories, then do a 30 minute cardio workout. I have a healthy diet and get the necessary servings of veggies, fruits, grains, protein, and dairy needed each day. I drink plenty of water. I also lowered my sodium intake. I've been doing this for a week. Will it work? And how long will it take before I start seeing noticeable results?
