How can i get my muscles to grow faster? Should i only work out 3 times a week or continue doing it everyday?

im 14. i do an intense workout everyday focusing on diffetent muscles everyday. i do chest and ab days. should i give my muscles more time to recover and grow? or keep working out every day?

Exercise everyday if you want to add tone to your muscles. It works the best when your are still a little sore. Protein shakes are good, eat lots of eggs and meat.

You could start taking protein powder so your muscles can rebuild/repair themselves after an intense workout. Try looking online to see which one is right or you.
