Any tips on how to lose weight?

I am uncomfortable in my body now. I'm the biggest I've EVER been. I'most comfortable around 164-170 but now I'm pushing 200. it's just hard getting motivated. I just stopped smoking too last week. anybody have any helpful tips or motivation??

BE REALISTIC

Guesstimation

Getting into a steady exercise routine is good. It doesn't have to be crazy or difficult. It just needs to be regular. Like... dog walking or rock climbing. Something you find fun and will be able to motivate yourself to do.

My step-mom did the Atkin's Diet and it almost killed her. I would stay away from it personally.

Try walking n jogging when u feel comfortable doing so. Do not consume protein unless u r certain u r gonna work out otherwise you would only gain more weight instead of losing it.

Congratulations on stopping smoking. People will generally gain some weight when they first quit. I know how difficult that is. Try not to tackle too much at a time or you'll be setting yourself up for failure. Wait until you feel more comfortable with smoking cessation. Then you can start working on healthier eating habits. I think you can do it!!

I know I've found that if you stop eating red meats but maybe once or twice a month, then get active for about an hour a day (you can just walk around the nearest park) you can lose weight easier. Make sure you do something you can stick to!

Try myfitnesspal.com, it regulates your calorie intake for the day. Plus regular exercise. It worked for me.

cheek out Dr. oz web site have a bunch of info!!:) I'd say make a doc. aptm with a nutrients!!

Low-Carb diets always seem to work best. Google, "Taylor Stevens low Carb diet" and check out the difference... it only took about 14 months to get as big of a change as she did... she went from nearly 300lbs. to about 150.

become a lumber jack for your own house or run every morning eat make an eating schedule eat more meat no bread and no diets they put a strain on your body if this doesn't work eat iregullary
