Is it wise to major in Political Science and minor in Marketing?
I am currently a freshman in college who is majoring in Political Science. I have always had a passion and interest in politics and the government from my freshman year in high school. Throughout high school, I worked for elections and elected officials in the Dallas county and even landed an internship at the county courthouse my senior year. However, now that I am in college, it has been brought to my attention that majoring in Political Science won't necessarily land me a satisfactory career after graduation. I don't won't to change my major because it's something I'm really interested in but I also want to make sure that I'm happy with my career field after college. Marketing is also a field that I'm interested in and I was contemplating minor in it. So, I was wondering what careers could I go into with a Political Science major and a Marketing minor? Or should I just change my major?
