My fingers have a kind of rash on them w/ sores that blister and spread. What is this called?

Condition has worsened since 2009

it sounds like contact dermatitis. this can begin from a small chemical irritant, like hand soap or shampoo or even something as seemingly benign as hair. once it takes hold it can be tough to get rid of. because now, things that would never have bothered you before are coming into contact with raw, sensitive skin. this causes a constant state of inflamation. usually your pri
ary care doctor can help you get some relief.good luck with it.

The condition may be dyshidrosis. It is a skin condition that forms blisters on the hands or fingers. The blisters become itchy and painful. It can be caused by allergy, sweating, bandages or inherited though they are not contagious. If the condition has been there since 2009, then you need to see a doctor as soon as possible.

I used to get that, usually when stressed. Its actually a type of eczema or ATOPIC dermatitis (not contact). My granny called it 'tedder'. Got it often as a kid, teen and young adult but not as often any more.
