I've successfully used hypnosis when working with clients that have a big test. Tests like board exams or certification exams are crucial for ones career and passing them is all important. Think about how many times you've been in a test and can't remember the answer. You walk out of the room and the answer pops into your mind. You knew the answer but stress and anxiety kept you from recalling it. Hypnosis can help you calm down, relax your mind and body and let all that good studying you did come forward. It works. Look into it.
You can counter it by learning how to study efficiently by using the study-skills classes offered at your school, establishing a consistent pre-test routine to bring down stress levels and learning some relaxation techniques. There are more tips you can check out at http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/test-anxiety/AN02021.
Be prepared!! The best thing you can do to NOT be terrified, is: study, study, study... then study some more. If you have time, have a friend make a practice test for you to take. If you don't have time... just keep studying. If you can remember all "the stuff" you need to know for the test, you'll be much less "terrified." :)
If you have prepare well for this test, just relax yourself via your own way, such as good sleeping, staring blankly or only deeply breathing for several times. If you haven't made enough for the test, you have two options. A. Do your best for this test, according to what you have done because you can do nothing more in the limited left time. B. Continue your work even in the last one minute before your test. Anyway, do not just focus all your attention on the test, although it is quite huge. You have to tell yourself you can not damage it just because of your anxiety. Come on.
just give the test people traits and say "Listen here test i studied and you dont scare me no more. Now dont you try and scare me cause i'll rip you up and throw you in the shredder!" And you should study and get a good night sleep and keep saying that i can do this and i am!
If you have anxiety, it's your body's way of telling you that you are not worrying enough. So to counter that you should worry. There are lots of things to worry about. You can worry about your weight or your looks...your love life or lack thereof, your grades. Are you worrying enough about not worrying? Do your glasses make your face look funny? Do you smell bad? What if you say the wrong thing to the wrong person? Really, there are so many things to worry about. So, my advice is if you are feeling anxious, you just need to worry more.
Now, if you are worrying and you still feel anxious, then you need to worry what's wrong with you. Because to worry all the time and still not worry enough means that you're a worry addict. In this case you need to seek professional help for your worrying addiction. Ask yourself what the payoff you're getting is from worrying so much?
once you are certain that you have studied al you can, remind yourself that their is nothing more you can do and remain calm. stressing out will make you forget all that you have learned. GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!!! :)
Study first of all so you can feel prepared. Tack a deep breath and tell yourself it will be fine. Because it will be tests are just homework that you do in school. It’s no big deal you just have to do your best. And don’t second guess yourself normally your firs answer is right and when you change it you get it wrong so it’s okay to look at your test and see if your answers make since but don’t do any major changes you would basically tack the test twice for no reason if you did.

actually, no specific treatment to handle general anxiety. the common things to do is stay calm. but i'm pretty sure that is really hard to get it. some suggestion i could tell you, especially when you in interview or test after a hard study you have done just keep smile and confident with yourself. don't make your heart too serious because it will make everything what you have studied lost. why? because your mind mixed with all you have studied and you can't recall them partly. you can go to my blog for knowing more about general anxiety and panic attack.
I just had a state test today, and I felt a bit worried. But if you get good grades most of the time on tests, then there's nothing to worry about. However, if your grades aren't so great, this morning I listened to some music that I liked that was inspirational and thought of the lyrics in my head when I felt worried during the test. Hope this helped! :)
I usually don't worry about it. Rely on what you already know how to do. If you stress out just take a break, skip the problem and come back to it at the end. (Sometimes other problems can help with the one you are stuck on. Good luck!
