How would a 14 year old 206 pound boy lose 40 pounds in like 5 moths

Report as

Protein regime, low fat. Making combined cadio and musculation 60 min and more 5 or 6 times a week. Make sure when do exercices you should be ebla to breath only with the nose. If you can the intensity is not enough. And please don't try magic pills like hydroxycut. They are very dangerous for the health. They produce heart problem.

I would like to suggest that you set your weight loss program over a longer time? That actually works out to almost two pounds per week...I think you would keep it off better if you did it slower and allowed your body to adjust to the change.
I found a step or walking exercise video, twenty minutes, that I would do once a day, five times per week. I also was careful with diet, lots of vegetables because you can eat LOTS of them without many calories, and get a balanced diet overall.
I took off fifteen pounds over five months in 2006, and it has pretty much stayed off...
Best wishes to you...

I just wanted to say be careful with low fat diets; the body does need some fats like flax seed oil, fish oil, extra virgin olive oil, canola oil. Fats you want to stay away from or eat very moderately: butter, coconut oil.
Eat dark leafy greens regularly (spinach, arugula, watercress, etc). Some of these may be too bitter for your taste, but you can add them to your romaine lettuce. Be careful though with some veggies like carrots, beets, etc which contain sugars. Sugar is a carbohydrate, which is a substance you want to monitor very carefully as the body will automatically store as "reserve" if it won't burn it. Best meats are white meats, but you will be okay with beef. Make sure you exercise (I would say 5-6 days a week, 5 days cardio/weight combination, 1 day stretch) and make sure you rest adequately. Lastly; stay away from sodas, candy, and just consume the items as a treat, maybe every two weeks. Choose nuts and fresh fruit as snack.
