Have you taken the time to think about what you are dreaming about. Is there something going on in your life that is causing you conflict or maybe some choices you are working thru. If you keep having the same dream it can mean you are trying to work thru something and thinking about the meaning of it can stop the dream from repeating.
I remember when I was like 7 or 8 I had this dream that I had fo like 6 nights straight, it was a dream where I wandered off by my neighborhood in a night-like scenario although it was day, with no people or cars or animals or sounds. It was super cool, and every single day i looked forward for sleeping so that I could explore more, but then it stopped, now i'm 18 and I miss that dream.. (I'm told it might have been a lucid dream, but I highly doubt it)
well hunny for the past 3 months i have had a dream its the same evey night im in the woods and i see a boy and as soon as i call to him he turns and the forest sets on fire and he runs toward me and i wake up before he reaches me and what i have ben doing is taking up new things and the dream hasnt ben coming back
There's a technique called lucid dreaming. I learned about it in a treatment facility. Look up lucid dreaming and learn how to do it. It's simple. Lucid dreaming is where you can control your dreams like flying and stuff and you can do whatever you want, If you dont like a dream your having then you can change it. It's really pretty cool actually. Hopes this helps :)
Listen to Sea music. It's very calming and don't think about the dream when you are listening to it. Make sure you think about the positive things in your life. Like your birthday,your first love, when you found out the new information and you think that it's awesome. Just try to relax, don't burden yourself.
Go to your Doctor have a physical check-up and this is what your mind tells you about your health issues that you never know you're going to have soon. It's not bad to have a physical check-up. But, it is not good if you ignore it. If it's clean then be thankful to GOD!
tell someone and have them tell them a dream of theres when you are listning to there drem also think of yours and think of how to mix the two dreams together also ask that person pemistion to do this it will relax the brain more than you think
It won't help to think of pleasant things or to try to fight the dream. Instead, try this; when you're ready to fall asleep, think about the dream, but change the aspects of it that are distressing you. Like in Harry Potter; imagine the spider on roller skates! Work at it till you can make yourself laugh.
The dream you see at night its bad dream so u want to forget the same, dream is the same thing that you think before going to bed. Don't think about the dream and start enjoying the life and have a good friends and make your self busy for whole day. before going to sleep think about the very good moments that happened in your life.
Finally i will say life is too short lets enjoy the life, love your friend and your surrounding people, still it didn't help then change your home for a while that will give 50% relaxation and go for trip with your loved once.

As you fall asleep at night tell yourself, I want to understand my dream better, and see what results.
It might be God showing you a special meaning over and over again till you understand it.Or maybe just think of something good that expresses your feelings or maybe just relax and read a book.Sometimes what you think of during the day becomes a dream.
as a Cherokee, let me tell you...do not get caught up in dream catchers...it is a demonic road.....if your dream is disturbing...i would encourage you to PRAY...ask the Lord for His divine protection..and His wisdom....if the dream is not scary...maybe there is something for you to learn....read in the Bible about dreams also....hope you get it taken care of it...God bless.............
It depends on what kind of dream it is. If it is a scary dream, watch a whole BUNCH of happy and funny videos. If its a happy dream and your sick of it then watch a few scary videos. But not too many I don't want you getting a nightmare.
Well, What i do is i think about something else.. Something besides that topic.. Cause usually my dreams are based on whats currently happening or something that happened long ago.. so if u think rly hard and fall asleep with those different thought.. Im 50% sure you should get a different dream. Sleep well. Sweet dreams :D
I use to have the same thing, try and think about something else when you are about to go to sleep or someone you love. I use to have the same dream that repeated over and over again but over time it will fade away. If it still comes back and you are really worried you can see a doctor that specializes in dreaming that can help you get rid of it.
i had the same dream over n over once it was like a movie and it would go a little farther into i t every night it was about me going home from my moms and my car caught fire right in front of our town church, then i stopped having the dream but one night i was going home from my moms several months later and i saw tiny sparks blowing upwards on my windshield barely noticeable, but i saw them and my heart skipped a beat remembering the dream i had sooo many times. i pulled over and raised the hood and my motor was engulfed in flames. a passerby stopped and helped me to putit out and then i looked up and i was parked right in front of the churchs front doors! maybe this dream is trying to tell you something . pay attention to it......

4 me i have the same dreams because i was always so worried about that same subject that i dream. so, i stopped thinking about it so much everyday. well... that worked 4 me, u might have a different situation. try what i did and see if it helps, hope it works! ;-) what was it about?
