your feet can become dry do to the shedding of the skin, try vaseline or baby oil and wear socks on them over night and wash it off in the morning. You can try baby lotion too.There is some good products from Avon that work .
Because we keep them covered up all the time and they take a beating from waking on them all day. Take Vaseline and put it all over you feet. Wrap them up with plastic wrap then out socks on. Sleep over night like that. It's kind of gross but it will heel your dry feet right up fast.
Feet don't have much in the way of oil-producing glands like other areas on the body. Use could use a pumice stone (gently) to run off dead skin after soaking your feet in warm water for a few minutes. Wash and dry well; use a thick creamy moisturizer before going to bed and put on cotton socks. You should keep the skin between your toes dry and not moisturized, although the nail beds might benefit for a little cream sparingly applied.
Thin skin on feet doesn't get natural sebum from inner epidermis layers, sweat on feet for that reason has more sodium in its secretion (salts) which has a drying affect on skin in shoes all day. Wear good socks, buy good shoes moisturize on regular basis, you'll be fine
