What are some ways to get skinny fast!

I'm not over weight but I am a little Chubby and I'm 13! I try not to eat a lot, so I eat little Portions (I'm not on a eating Disorder!)and I don't play sports but I do hang out with friends and ride my bike and stuff like that! Some of my friends weigh the same as me but AREN'T fat! please help!!!!

Don't be so insecure about yourself so fast, you're only 13! There are more years to come, so don't worry too much and just enjoy your life !

Go for morning runs do sit ups and push ups and other exercises

You're thirteen. Enjoy food. You're growing. Just remember to balance it out with water and exercise :)

Don't try to under-eat like that. Even though you don't have an eating disorder it's still not healthy for you if you just cut off like that. If you're 13 and that's your real picture then, trust me, you have nothing to worry about. Enjoy your youth! But if you want to lose a little weight then I would start doing core exercises. But I'd go to a gym and ask someone there where to start. I hope I helped!

Enjoy food lol I'm 13 too and I always worry about that but you just have to make sure you're eating healthy foods and exercising. The worst thing you could do is eat less because that just makes you reaaaly unhealthy ;P so just exercise & eat healthy!

There is no fast way. There are pills but they only get rid of water weight that always comes right back. Just eat a lot, a lot of healthy food, and just run. Most likely you don't have anything to lose anyway but if you want just eat right things and run a lot.

Drink water before you eat and I mean like 3 quarts or water I think
