I say this to everyone looking to lose weight fast!!!!!!!! FIRST THINGS FIRST TO NOT STARVE OR THROW UP MEALS. It does erasable damage to your body. Try dieting. Do research on all types of diets and chose a few that appeal to you and fit your situation and needs. Try some and stick with the one that works best. Either way you are still beautiful. Don't go crazy on a diet u can't handle, just eat healthy foods like salads with fruits and vegetables. Also, do a good amount of exercise every day, if u r going to camp, do a sport or physical activity. But don't do anything u can't do, and ask friends to help with healthy, and tasty recipes.
Start now by changing your eating habits....for the rest of your life. Stop drinking pop (zero calorie included) it's unhealthy anyways, drink water instead. Don't eat fast food (French fries, chicken nuggets, etc.) eat salads, subs instead. At dinner, family functions and celebrations make your portions match the palm of your hand and never go back for seconds. Start an exercise program that you can continue ... for the rest of your life. Walking, jogging swimming, play sports for at least 30 minutes a day.
One quick simple change is to eliminate beverages that contain calories - soda, juice, sports or energy drinks, milk. A lot of the time a huge percentage of calories comes from just what you drink, and it doesn't always fill you up. Get your nutrients from foods and drink water. Avoid artificially flavored drinks for added i-am-healthy points! :) Make sure, especially since you are a young woman, to get enough calcium!
