What is a good way to build up self confidence?

How do I build up self confidence? Sometimes I feel like I hate the way I am. I am really self conscious about my body, my face, the way I talk, and so many other things. Since I care so much about how I look, It effects me emotionally as well. I always feel like someone is talking or laughing about me. So I tend to keep to myself, which draws more attention to me :/... Any tips on what would help I would really appreciate. Thank you :)

1. Look at yourself in the mirror everyday and tell yourself three great things about yourself.
2. record all the good things happened in your life and put it in a jar. When you're sad, open it up and read it all.

Well, first off, from your profile picture, you look like a very attractive person :) but maybe when someone laughs, make them laugh with you instead of making them laugh at you. Have a positive attitude, and look at things from a new perspective. Think of the glass as being half full instead of half empty. Smile, be yourself around people, and try not to worry so much about things.

If you want some one that is a cry baby and wont do it you say "oh just be yourself" but if you want them to grow some and be happy with their lives then you gotta do what you gotta do

Self revelation. You have to go through an amazing soul searching journey. It's a little extensive but it works. Things like these don't get fixed with pills. Or you could go the more practical way but it doesn't always work, GET A THERAPIST! They really help you. But it has to be something you want to do or else you'll feel worse. Not forced. Wear something that you like that makes you feel comfortable and pretty that you know that you look good in. Something that if anybody said anything about it could brush their words off and not even care. Also you cannot judge people or compare them to yourself. When you judge people then compare them to you, your standards for yourself will go up and you will feel like you have to be perfect in order to be comfortable and lose self confidence when you can't be perfect.

By knowing theirs a God that thinks your beautiful. Look in the mirror everymorning say hello beautiful hello pretty hello you are looking hot today and you might think it's really stupid bit I bet it could work good luck!!

Believe in yourself. If you don't how will you portray all your good qualities to others. Highlight your good points & downplay the ones you feel less confident about. Everyone has good points. They can't all be bad.
