close your eyes and force them to stay closed. all you'll see is blackness. then your mind will start wandering, you'll get bored and fall asleep in 15 - 20 mins. (give or take a few mins). works for me! :) good luck!
Take melatonin (not sure about the spelling). It's all natural and puts me to sleep like a baby. You can get it a your local Christmas Tree Shop, Walmart, Kmart, or pharmacy without a doctor's prescription. If this doesn't help see your doctor immedietly. He/she should be able to provide you with stronger sleeping pills or find out why you're having trouble sleeping. Best of luck mate.(; -Hunter
sleep on your face and slightly push on it against your pillow until its slightly numb XD it makes it harder to open your eyes and helps me. Or if you hav adhd like me then u can do this: 1 sheep, 2 sheep, 3 sheep...etc. Duck, cow, chicken...etc. OLD MCDONALD HAD A FARM AND I NEED 2 SLEEP!...etc. Once upon a time there was goose who died...etc. (eventually i bore myself 2 sleep)
