what are some ways to increase your speed when running the 50 yard dash?
Train wearing sweatpants and sweatshirt. When you take them off for the race, you WILL run faster! It works!
Run with weights for a while
think of it like track and field. look forward, focus @ your goal and sprint like bloody bear is chasing u!! make sure to watch out for other players on the field, especially the ones that come from the sides.
Well I use to be pretty slow at running the bases so what I started to do was run around the neighborhood with ankle weights & it got me a lot quicker
Hold your hands strait with all your fingers close together (not in a fist) when you run the race. maybe when you practice you could wear weights
Wash your shorts in tobacco sauce
