What should be my workout plan?
Im About 6'1
Im 17 years old
Im 217 pounds
Im a male
I dont wanna be too bulky but i wanna be cut and lean. I'd like my work out plan to be 5 times a week (mon - friday). What should be my eating habits? If you need any other info just let me know. I think i should lose weight before building muscles but i'm not sure. I have local gym accessible to me, and i also have a full weight set and treadmill at home.
I honestly wanna be tough and have a six pack. Btw i am pretty chubby and dont work out at all. Just starting out.
Basically what im asking is what should be my daily routine at the gym? or what should be my fitness plan be?
