If it is a problem that concerns all of them, then you can let them know that there is something important you need to discuss. Be wise as you tell them this to make them anxious of knowing what's going on. Sit the matter on table and start the discussion to give everyone a chance to speak. In all these you also need to be yourself no matter what the rest of the family may think of you.

First you need to clearly define what the problem is, then decide your options for solving it. If it helps you to remember them, write them down. Next, calmly sit down with your mother and your sister and ask them to help you with the problem.
Be sure not to blame, but keep the conversation about what you need and steer away from putting them down. You will get a better response this way. Listen to their ideas and also discuss any options you thought of. This way you can decide which options are best and include your family in the problem solving. Good luck.
