No. Jews do have a godfather, who is the person holding the baby during circumcision, traditionally one of the grandfathers. However, the meaning of godfather in Judaism is not the same as in Christianity. Traditionally that role would be male, but I suppose that in Reform Judaism, possibly also conservative Judaism, females could do that too. The Jerusalem Talmud says that the man holding the baby during circumcision should be the baby's father himself, thereby uniting the roles of father and godfather.
