You should make a Doctor's Appt. and get a blood test! Could be a Thyroid problem , Diabetes, or just not a very good diet . It would be the best way to find out if you have a physical problem that needs to be addressed! Better safe than sorry! You could have a Vitamin deficiency! Have your Doc do a full blood work up!
There could be other reasons you are tired besides the amount of rest you get. You could be suffering from things such as depression, anemia, or you might not be getting enough to eat. It's difficult to determine and you might want to see a doctor if you think it could be an illness as to why you're feeling tired all the time.

I just found this really cool app about this. When you sleep it's divided into several cycles. Each cycle takes about 90 minutes. So when you wake up it should be at the end or beginning of a cycle. If you wake up in the middle of a cycle then you'll feel groggy and not well rested no matter how long you sleep. The app is on Windows 8, if you have it. It's called Sleep Timer. It also tells you when you should wake up if you go to sleep at a certain time. But I would also see my doctor and get a blood test. I hope I helped!
