Is there a difference between running off 400 calories or walking/fast walking 400 calories?
The only difference is the amount of time. You burn the same amount of calories in covering the same distance whether you walk or run or something in between.
I don't think there is a difference.... although it would be faster running.

it be easier to walk, same amount of calorie lost maybe more time but less wear and tear on your muscles.
Running and walking have the same effects you just may have to walk further or longer than running :)

Time maybe....some people say power walking is better than jogging because you still burn calories but you will do way less damage to your joints!
