The Iphone does not have an option to add a signature to "text Messages" if it is unbroken. Only jail broken phones have that option.
But there is a simple way to add a string of characters by creating a shortcut and typing it at the end of a text.. choose a shortcut that is easy... I use "rr" doesnt matter what you use but choose something that would not normally make a word. Type it at the end of a message and it adds it... you can even use emotes from the other keyboards...
Go to Settings -> General ->Keyboard ->(at bottom)Add New Shortcut
ps... there is an app that you can purchase from itunes.. My SMS Signature (no idea if it will do what you want...)
I don't really know, but people had been saying that your iPhone has to be jailbroken for it to activate the signature. So I don't have my iPhone jailbroken so I can't really tell you if it's correct or not
