Does anybody have some tried and true dieting tips for me? As in, tried BY YOU.
I am 13 years old, and before you say "oh, you're fine 13 is the age, etc." I am an unhealthy weight for my age. Often in the day I get tired, and my stomach many times hurts. Plus, I don't want to keep outgrowing my clothes and buying new ones. But I can't seem to get the incentive to NOT eat EVERYTHING in the pantry. Has anybody been in a similar situation and can share some advice/tips/tricks to help me? And we can't get rid of all the junk food, since I have teenage brothers who wouldn't stand for it. Thanks for your help.
