there's some new trials and testing being accepted in the medical field, where under medical supervision and over a course of many months, a small amount of peanut or other allergy inducing compounds are introduced to the patient. by small, i heard micro-samples, the tiniest of flakes until an immune tolerance is built up . this is done along with medication and in hospital. DON"T TRY THIS AT HOME.
there's a peanut like tasting peanut butter sold on the market made from soya beans. i've tasted it and to tell the truth , it tastes just like peanut butter. most grocery store stock this as a school friendly alternative to peanut butter.
soy milk is a good alternative to milk . i've tasted this as well, it's okay. not fantastic but okay. so you can use that with cereals. again most stores stock this in the dairy aisle.
