Deep slow breaths, stop thinking of all the problems crushing you and think about that one thing that keeps you going :)

Medicine.. Count to a certain amount in your head.. Take deep breaths. Listen to music.. There's a lot! I have severe anxiety ..

Prescription med. Lexapro. I had to Start taking the med. I couldn't handle it on my own anylonger.

Just keep telling yourself "it's gonna be okay...". Also, medicine doesn't hurt with anxiety

When I have mine, my mom hugs me close and tells me to shut up cause I'm being ridiculous. She reminds me of everything good in my life and then she looks up things on the Internet like global warming and African starving children and homeless people and the effect of drugs on people. She distracts me while reminding me that despite my problems, my life is much better than those of the people we just saw, and by then I've stopped hyperventilating and crying and then she'll hug me for a while and then she will lay with me until I fall asleep ( my panic attacks usually happen at night ) and if that doesn't work, try Benadryl, fall asleep then when you wake up you can see how crazy you've been

Hi,I've been where your at and I know what your going through (to some degree, you might be worse). When I had a anxiety attacks it always happened when I got a sense of impending doom. Weird right. I'm sure you know the feeling of losing your mind and it's like, am I going to die right here on the spot or something; right.

Ok kinds got of subject.

People often confuse a panic attack but first thing is figure out how to spot the progress symptoms of an anxiety attack well before it gets severe and this is really matter. However, In my view get the service of counselling and psychotherapy is the best way and it gives exact solution in this issue.

Your probably gets resolved by 'exposure therapy'; therefore you need a psychologist to help you do that. You may read about it as well, See if it works if you do in person.
