if you fracture your growth plate in your wrist as a child would it bother you when your an adult

i fractured mine when i was about 12. im 25 now and that same wrist always bothers me

It definitely could... add to the fact that fractures on *any* joint are generally problematical and it is likely that this is what the problem is. Joints are complex because of the movement involved and *most* of the time will cause discomfort or pain off and on at least for the rest of a person's life, unfortunately it also tends to get a bit worse as you age, your joints become stiff and painful just from aging, a joint that has had a fracture or tearing of ligaments etc usually hurts worse than one that didn't experience an injury :(

A fracture in a growth plate can indeed affect the growth process of the bone, which in turn can bother you as an adult. Fractures that go into the growth plate possibly will affect future growth, from time to time resulting in a crooked wrist.
