What do I do?

I need advice, My friend of two years now hates me because someone made up a lie saying I said bad things about her (I DIDN"T I SWEAR ON MY LIFE) , I tried and tried to tell her it wasn't me, i apologized over and over and she still hates me, so now my whole group of friends but one doesn't talk to me... I don't know what to do. They are all the friends I have.

If I was you these would be my exact words ." I understand why your mad and you have every right to be mad however you are getting mad at the wrong person and holding a grudge over a rumor if you want to be mad be my guest just know you are focusing your anger at your friend who in the first place said nothing ." If she can't suck it up and accept the fact that you didn't say anything then thats her fault and not yours .

Then don't focus on people in your school at all. You can go to other places in your town to meet people. Maybe a convention or some kind of club or yoga

True, but it's no fun sitting in the hallways at lunch alone.

It's their own fault that they won't believe you

Let me tell you a little bit of truth. "Real" friends will always be your friends even if you guys get into a horrible argument. They are your friends through thick and thin, like peanut butter and jelly. And no matter how bad one acts to the other, they understand and still love them; looking at the good side of the friend and knowing that they'll become a better person. It's time to move on, say your goodbyes, and just not be as close as you were. You'll feel like it's easier to breathe. Just be yourself, and the right friends will come along at the right time. Oh and um, real friends would believe your true words over some low key rumor. :) Those types of friends, sad to say, aren't the truest; who hate you for something that's not even true. Feel better now!
