Will I be fine if I slept only 3 hours in the last 48 hours and went to the gym yesterday and today with an accumulation of 9 miles ran?
My workout consisted of weight training after cardio. I stayed up the previous night doing homework and prior to the homework I took a nap for a total of 3 hours. Also, I took two days of multivitamins for yesterday and today. I feel somewhat tired and might have to pull an all nighter again to complete my homework. It is not that I am slacking off, it is just I am really thorough with my homework. Currently all straight A's with an exception of Honors Science with a solid B.
