I found that when I felt the worst it helped me to help other people in need. I helped make meals to take to the homeless shelter. I visited elderly folks in retirement communities. I volunteered at our science center taking care of reptiles and amphibians. I read to little kids at school. I just had to give something of myself to start feeling better again. To see people smile again. It helped me. Maybe it can help you if you try it.
Life's toooooo short to feel hopeless girlfriend! Just start doing something. If you don't know where to start, just start anywhere, doing anything. You got to just DO IT. Like archdlux27 said, make that list of all the things that you are grateful for in life, write it down, and be thankful for every little little thing! Say it out loud as soon as you put your feet on the floor when you get out of bed, thank everything and everyone, soon...you will notice all the good that surrounds you. OK
Whenever you feel hopeless, look around you. Look at the old person who is in the Care home and hasn't had a visitor for 4 years, or the guy across the way with no legs and no one to help him in his life, or the guy asleep on the bus because he has nowhere to live. Anytime you feel hopeless, look around you, I am sure you will see others that are worse off than yourself.
Eat more protein and eat regular meals. Stay away from sugar and caffeine. Get away from anyone who is being mean to you. Pray to god for help. Stay away from chemicals. Talk to a friend or someone you trust every day, about how you feel. If all of this fails, go to the doctor so you can start feeling better. Good luck! : D
