Why am i getting worse at drawing and painting?

ok when i was younger i used to draw so good that my drawings and paintings would get recognition in schools and my portraits drawings was awesome but now im older and i find my art skills getting worse i can't even copy a picture right without tracing when i used to be so good at it.whats happening to me?doctors say my dopamine is not balance could that be the reason for it?

i have the same problem. you just need to practice and it will eventually come back.

If you're artistic "eye" hasn't changed, then it's most likely physiological. My hand writing has gotten worse since I've gotten older. But listen to your Doc because I'm just spit balling.

practice.. practice.. practice ^^ but talking about the dopamine thing~~ it could be a reason as well ^^

Start by making quick really quick action sketches of things on tv. That will help your "eye" to notice what's important. Well, it's just a suggestion that has helped when our drawing feels "rusty". Good Luck!
