How can I lose lower back fat and A Little belly fat?
I've started exercising 5 months ago and I've lost 80 pounds doing 2 hours a day on an elliptical. I'm 16 and I was 248 pounds in October and now I'm 168 pounds. I started lifting weights 2 months ago. I just have Alittle belly fat still left and I have lower back fat still. I just wanna know what I can do to get rid of the back and belly fat. the goal is a six pack by the summer so I'm almost there! thanks!
