Oatmeal is good if you don't cook it too long. Don't use instant and stir in a quarter cup of raw just as you take it off the stove. Add a tablespoon of raw honey and a few pecans. Yum

Cheerios w/almond or skim milk before Lap Band Surgery; now cream of wheat or oatmeal (both made in the Microwave). High protein such as eggs & cheese or breakfast meat will keep you going as will Oatmeal! If you are on the go: Greek Yogurt (regular is good if it doesn't have a lot of sugar).

I love english muffin sandwiches. With egg, sausage and cheese. And a yogurt parfait after wards. But only homemade. Or I also like honeynut cheerios with bananas and toast. And then grapefruit afterwards. Also, an omelet, (with cheese, sausage, avocado,) and a cinnamon roll or a muffin. Or, oatmeal with granola and raspberries with toast. That's good. Also try cream of wheat with bananas. With toast. Then strawberries and whip cream afterwards.

Cereal
Pancakes or waffles (You can eat them with ice cream too, if you want. And/or top it with some fruit, like strawberries or blue berries, etc.)
French toast
Omelet
Oatmeal
Bagels with cream cheese or butter
Muffins
Or you could also just drink tea or coffee and eat something else with it.

Eggs and whole grain toast is a good one. Oatmeal and berries, whole grain toast and almond butter, yogurt and berries. Don’t let anyone say that you can’t eat vegetables for breakfast a peta bread pocket filled with eggs and vegetables is amazing.
