Why am im not getting stronger?

Im working out in high school and I gain about 10 pounds on my bench max every six weeks while my friends are gaining like 30-40 pounds on their maxes.

Push yourself a little harder, also just cause your friends increase bench max doesn't mean they're stronger in every muscle group. My bench maxes don't increase that fast either but everything else does. Just don't quit

I go up in weight about 5 pounds every 3 lifting days...

If you are exercising EVERYday, it is thAt your not eating the right food

lift more weight more often, add another 5 pounds every couple days. you will start to get were you want be soon after
