Which type of milk is best for gaining muscle through weightlifting?
I prefer skim milk and DETEST the taste of whole milk. I eat extremely healthy and am in very good shape. im 17 and am very involved, so my question is: does the TYPE of milk i choose to drink (skim, 1%, 2%, whole, regular chocolate, lowfat chocolate, soy, any others) have any great difference on how well i build muscle? milk is a big part of my diet and i typically drink about 32 ounces in a day
