Do drinking water gain weight? One of my friends says it gain you weight
You can/will retain water. You're body holds/stores it to use later. But it's easy to get that weight off. One way is by exercising and sweating. Eating more calories than you burn off is what makes you gain weight. Not drinking water.
It's water weight that their talking about but it'll make you lose more weight then gain it
I don't believe water has anything in it that would make you gain any weight. Your friend is probably just an idiot.
Actually, it's the opposite. I heard that if you drink water every time before a meal it helps you LOSE a little bit of weight.
You will weigh more on a scale, but your body won't actually gain weight.
In some cases, its called water weight. Your body will retain water.
Your body needs water to function, so you need to drink it - just cut down on salt so you won't retain the water.
No water drains out the stomach acid in your belly
