i need to watch what i eat , and start exercising.
my mom doesn't really buy a lot of healthy food , and i have a bad habit of bored eating . i just snack and snack and snack , when I'm bored , which is all the time. I'm trying to start working out again on may 1st to get ready for this summer. how can i eat healthy if my mom doesn't buy healthy food , and how can i say no to snacks , and cut back on the amounts of food that i eat ? I'm thirteen , and i currently weigh 120lbs . my goal is to weight about 110 by this summer . I'm highly insecure about my body , obviously. what can i do , because talking to her isn't helping lol. i also have a problem with staying committed to my work out & dieting plan . i want it sooo bad, but i end up giving up on like day 7 ! how can i motivate myself to do better , and stay committed ? i have completely cut out soda , it's been a couple if months , since i have drank an actual soda . what can i doooo ? please help. ?
