Why is that the constitution of human rights says you can practice your religion freely, but a lots of country bans wearing Islamic dresses?

Sometimes they even give exception to Christian dressing or ban building minarets, etc. It seems like noone really cares about human rights in Europe, and when xenophobia and the fear on terror rises, everything is allowed, even treading on human rights.

They are bias, two faced nations, they allow Christian Nones to wear headgear and all that which is almost same as scarf, Hijab, worn by Muslims. Even Jews and Hindu lady saints wear the same thing which generally cover their body and hairs. Edward is right lots of countries don't have freedom of religion.

Read over your question. The constitution only applies to America.

No, I think I know what the asker is talking about. S/he just gave it the wrong name. Declaration of Human Rights- written after WWII and adopted by multiple countries.
