eat a lot of chocolate...........[it usually helps me] hear some really nice music............ call ur best friend and talk for a long time.......... sit with ur pet somewhere u really love....... go for a ride or a walk........:]
Don't try to stop crying, sometimes, crying is the only way to get everything out. There are so many things I just wish I could cry about, but I can never bring myself to shed tears over them, so instead I try to fight with them internally, and that will never work. So in the event that you really don't want to cry about it, you need to talk to someone about what is making you hurt. If your heart hurts, find someone you can talk to about it, and let them offer you some advice on it. If you need someone to talk to, and nobody else is readily available, I will be happy to do so in the comment section.
when i am very very very very very very sad i actually watch comedy shows.. or when someone is not at home i sing and dance a lot on my couch, bed like a mad little cat lol .... and i also make funny pictures or the person who hurt me and leave them on his or her desk by the name anonymos
