What are some workouts that are good for inner thighs, lower abs, and upper back?

Inner thighs - sumo dead-lifts, lateral lunges and hip adduction machine

Lower abs - pulse ups, leg raises, captain's chair leg raises, decline sit-ups

Upper back (lats) - seated lat pulldown (machine), old fashioned chin-up, dumbbell/barbell pullover, seated narrow grip (elbows tucked in) row machine or bent over narrow grip barbell/dumbbell row

Upper back (rhomboids, traps and rear deltoids) - rear deltoid fly machine, seated wide grip (elbows flared out) row machine, bent over wide grip barbell/dumbbell row, wide grip T-bar row

For inner thighs, spread your feet into an A shape, feet outwards & do squats. That honestly works really well for the inner thigh area.
