Herbal tea, such as Sleepytime or Nighty Night which you can get at most grocery stores. (Nighty Night works better for me.) Also you can try Melatonin. It is something the body produces naturally for sleep. Again you can get it at most grocery stores in the vitamin section.
This always seems to help me sleep. Lie down and close your eyes. Imagine an empty beach with the tide coming in and over the sand. As the tide comes in, breathe in, and as the tide goes back out, visualize writing a 1 in the sand as you breathe out. As you breath in again, visualize the tide coming in and washing away the 1. Then breathe out, visualizing the tide going back out as you write the number 2 in the sand.
Keep going through numbers like this; I rarely get into the 20's before I fall asleep. Let me know how it works for you!
